What counts as an SMS?

Each outbound message segment up to 160 GSM characters (or 70 for Unicode). Longer messages segment automatically and are counted accordingly.

Can I mix pay-as-you-go with a plan?

Yes. Your plan covers the included usage, and any overage bills at our pay-as-you-go rates — no surprise ceilings.

What's the $14 Campaign Registry fee?

US carriers require 10DLC registration to send application-to-person SMS. Sendbat handles the filing; the $14/month covers the carrier pass-through cost.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes — commit to 2 years and save 5%, or 3 years and save 10% across every paid plan.

Is there a free trial?
